Is anyone else considering euthanasia if nothing works?

Not sure if this is allowed, feel free to delete. I've been in touch with an organisation that provides it, but as part of the process they need a letter from a medical professional stating my condition, the treatments I've tried, and the prognosis - not sure how to procure that without being honest about why I need it, and if I'm honest about why I need it I doubt anyone would be willing to do it.

There's also the aspect that if I go down that route, I will need to break the news to my partner and mother, which isn't going to be easy.

I still have some treatments to try (e.g. bladder botox), but they feel more like hail marys at this point, and in my country there are long waiting lists. I have a laparoscopy with cystoscopy to check for endometriosis and hunner's lesions in August, and I'll go from there, but I'm not convinced that endometriosis is a probable cause for "classic" bladder pain, and it's very unlikely I have hunner's lesions, so I'm not particularly hopeful.

Is anybody else considering this option? How are you navigating it?

Edit:

FAQs:

Have you tried interstim?

To my knowledge, there is a 2+ year wait for interstim in my country, and this doesn’t feel manageable for me.

You should get your bladder out first.

Urologists here will usually only consider that if your bladder is fibrotic or you have hunner’s lesions, and if you’ve tried everything. So this would also take a long time of waiting, and is likely not an option depending on what the cystoscopy shows.

Have you tried pelvic floor PT?

Yes, for several months. I have tried most conservative treatment options.
