Currently me and my fiancé both own a house each. I am planning on selling my house and moving into her house, but I need to fix some things first and then who knows how long it will take to sell.
Are there any implications if for some reason I only sell the house after we get married? Is it considered a second house for council tax purposes after were married for example?
