Hello everyone,

I have an oil painting that appears to be a copy after Rembrandt’s “Man with the Golden Helmet.” It is signed in the lower right:

“Cop. n. Rembrandt / H. Kaluske”

I understand that it is not an original Rembrandt. I’m mainly trying to learn more about the painting itself and the artist/signature.

Thank you for any information!

Hello everyone,

I’m trying to find out what this historical plugboard / programme plugboard could realistically be worth.

The markings on the object are:

PLUGBOARD STORE 95/0361-2/6
SER No. 1
GILTECH ELECTRONICS LTD.

The visible SER No. 1 marking is especially interesting to me. I understand that this does not automatically prove it was the first unit ever produced, but the object itself is clearly marked SER No. 1.

The item is believed to be connected to a PDP-11 computer system, around 1975. I am trying to verify this and learn more about its exact purpose and historical context.

I have not been able to find any confirmed comparable sales for this exact model.

Does anyone have an idea what a realistic collector value could be for an item like this, especially with the SER No. 1 marking?

I would also appreciate any suggestions for specialist collectors, museums, auction houses, or forums that might be able to assess it.

Thank you very much.
