Could anyone please tell me what the cause is of this annoying ass sound PLEASEEEE. YES i went to the mechanic, YES i put new brake pads on. YES i also replaced my brake rotors.

I hear it when i brake, turn, drive slow. Its coming from the left front wheel and its driving me insaneeee i already spent so much money on new brakes, thats what the mechanic told me, that I needed new brakes.

I have a VW Polo from 2015 manual with 134.000 km btw if that helps with the answer.
