I love writing poetry and delving into the philosophy behind characters and all the little memories and quirks that lead them to act the way they do, I’m good at that.
But when it comes to writing plot, I am STUMPED. I aspire to write movies and I admire tv shows like “The Good Place” for not only being able to have an interesting premise but to also sustain it for multiple seasons coherently. That’s genius and so hard to accomplish, to me.
People say creativity is a skill that you can learn, but I just can’t get myself to think of anything interesting or meaningful. Is there anything I could TANGIBLY work on?
