Hi everyone - my mom (who doesn’t have the best green thumb but tries her best) has very successfully managed the growth of five succulents. She just went to water them and discovered what looks like an entire ant farm?!?! She lives in a townhouse where between spring and summer she has to fight ants but she’s had these succulents in this planter for 5 years and never experienced this?!?!? As a side note - both the succulents and the planter have sentimental value (were purchased right before my dad died of pancreatic cancer)

What do we do?!?!?!?!
