Male late 40’s no degree, managed to work my way up through corporate, landed in Insights and reporting. Was made redundant after extended time at company, obtained a few contractor roles within CX fields but no longer getting any responses to applications. Any advice or suggestions on opportunities that could leverage/build on the insights and reporting skills and continue a career?
