I have a pair of vintage costume earrings that I love and would like to get made into 10k (strength, but mainly $$ reasons of that vs 14k, 18k, etc). One jeweler talked about the making a mold, and another talked about a machine that would make exact 3d design. Both are saying it would probably require 7 to 9g of gold. Can anyone tell me what different methods are available, what would be the most cost-effective, or what would be considered a good price on something like this? There is a very big language barrier with the one I’ve spoken to who has better pricing, so some specifics are a bit up in the air. (Post missing in photos but now reattached.) TIA
