How do you turn a gaming YouTube channel into an actual brand?
I’m trying to turn my YouTube channel PS Nexus into an actual gaming brand instead of just another random channel.
I spend hours editing videos/reels but sometimes they barely get reach which gets really demotivating. Still trying because gaming content is genuinely something I love making.
What actually makes people remember and subscribe to a gaming creator nowadays instead of just scrolling away?
Would genuinely appreciate some advice for PS Nexus.
