For those who are recruiting for the Black Mesa security forces, we recommend reading the text below.

If you are a recruited security guard for the Black Mesa Research Facility, you must have a firearms permit. When you go to the lobby, the lobby manager should print out a document for you that contains the following information, which you must read. If you don't have one of the forms listed below (e.g., no firearms license, no experience), you won't be accepted into the security guard training program.

===Staff Protection Policy===

-After entering the Research Facility, go to your locker: You should find your uniform and the rest of the things you need there,

-As a Security Guard, under no circumstances should you shoot at any member of the research facility. As part of this, report or arrest anyone violating Black Mesa rules. If you do shoot at any member of staff, the administration will treat it as an assault on a member of staff, resulting in immediate dismissal and legal consequences,

-If a passenger disembarks at the station using a special transport cart, identify them and then open the entrance. If you're a general employee at Black Mesa, you'll receive a special access card that allows you to open coded rooms.
