Hey everyone, my grandfather used to be a tailor in the south Western Ontario area, and I've recently inherited this old paperweight. Some of the writing has faded, but was wondering if anyone knows any information about it. I assume this is from early 1900 given the 22 front st. comment (and a Google attempt).

Just thought it was a cool find and was hoping someone else here might have some info.
