I want to get both the oval and original bread ovens in a colour that is easy to maintain. I am considering satin black but I also really like meringue.. help!

For those of you who are veterens can you please direct me to the simplest and beginner friendly resources/recipes you've used? I want to bake sourdough bread, pizza and white loaves to begin with and I have 3 very hungry kids who have no patience for error 😛
