Hello All,

When I go into any JB and buy something, I am almost always asked for my phone number to receive a digital receipt. I always decline, and state the paper receipt is all I want.

Do employees get any kind of commission/financial incentive when they get a customer to give them their phone number? Because almost all of them look upset/disgusted/annoyed when I won't give my number to them.
