I currently have a supplemental claim for migraines secondary to GAD open. I got diagnosed with headaches during my first C&P, but it got denied because I didn’t a have nexus between the two.

So I got a strong nexus and a lay statement submitted for the supplemental, they scheduled me for an ACE exam on the 30th of April for VES. The examiner called me that day and asked me the basic migraines questions, it lasted for about 5 minutes.

The VA then scheduled another exam for Medical Opinion, a couple of days ago for it again.

I’m just wondering why would they schedule one, when I just had the ACE exam not even two weeks ago? Have anyone else dealt with this?
