Is Trying To Talk to The Hiring Manager Too Much?

Im employed at a WFH job, but I'm looking for more work. Discovered a Warehouse Associate position not far from my house working midnights. I MIGHT be able to keep both jobs, but I wouldn't mind leaving the WFH job due to the pay. I've never technically done warehouse work before(worked in a USPS processing center for a season, no stranger to heavy labor), but the job has very low qualifications (0-1 year of warehouse experience), so im hoping I can be considered.

I've been at the job search a while, like most people, so is it a bad idea to stop by with my resume and cover letter in hand so I could have a little face time? Or are they usually way too busy for that/hiring manager isn't even on site usually?
