Loud upstairs neighbor peed through my window need advice
ok my first time posting here and im not good at writing, bear with me. So i have upstairs who live on the top floor who blare music at various times of day sometimes night, and ive asked them multiple times to like at least not do it at night as i am attempting to sleep. I'd like to believe i am being calm reasonable and dont think im asking of too much, and i went to them because i didnt feel like escalating to the front office. every single time ive tried this approach i have been met with rudeness and dismissal and lying as when i knock on their door to ask, they turn it down to anwswer the door only to say that the music isnt theirs. So i took it up with my apartment and they have seemingly done nothing about it. so one late night when i was awoken by the music i decided to call in a police noise complaint and the officer said there was nothing i could do, and that i needed to take it up with my apartment. so i was just going to continue to report about the noise, until one night at around 11pm while i was sitting on my bed with my window open, when a stream of some kind of fluid started hitting the screen on my window. Im almost certain it was piss as that is what it reeked of and thats what it looked like as it was happening. so now im certain my upstairs are peeing through my open window as some form of retaliation for reasonably asking to keep some noise down?????? so i have since installed a hidden camera pointed at their balcony to catch them doing it again, because im sure they will. Heres my question, im not really interested in living below these people anymore, if i caught them on camera doing it again, would it be grounds for eviction when reported? or is there some other way i could go about this. Ill still be reporting to police but my goal is to get them evicted
