I'm in middle management and earning around 80k in gross monthly. I am in my 30's. Are there still individual contributor roles in your company that pays in the salary range and is in finance? btw, i am not a CPA but have experience in projects and have conducted public trainings when i was still an IC. I'm thinking of what options i could have if i want to stay corporate in the next 10 yrs.
