In hindsight, Hot Coffee was not really that big of a deal.
Back when San Andreas came out on the PC and the files for Hot Coffee were discovered, media outlets, politicians and lawyers attacked the game like it was the Antichrist.
With where we are in gaming today, Hot Coffee on its own (not even counting the fact that it was inaccessible to players) is kinda tame to scenes that we see in games today like Cyberpunk, Dragon Age, The Witcher, etc.
It goes to show how much gaming has evolved and how much people have just stopped caring.
