Deadlift question

I’m trying to deadlift 315 lbs, and I can’t get it to move like I want it to.

275 goes up as many times as I want it to, 295 goes up about 5 times before my grip gives out. I want to stay strapless ideally, and I’m aware grip strength is most definitely part of the problem.

My question is, how would you all attack this difference? Keep trying to get 295 for higher RDL reps? 10-20? Or get a set of 5 lb weights and go up in even smaller increments? Or just keep attempting 315 until I’m immobile?

Open to any and all thoughts, thanks.

Riddle me this, KC.

Since everyone knows it’s gross and wrong to cut a triangle into the top of the paper on one of these bad boys and use it as a spout, how the FUCK are you all getting mayo into sauce bottles the proper way?
