Hello! I’m in Oregon and I just was given the smaller birdhouse as a gift. This one only has the hanging wire and the chunky camera inside. There is a camera controller and solar panel.
I’m very excited to put it out and maybe get a bird family on a second nest. However, I have a very tiny yard with mostly immature trees. I have a crabapple tree, but no branches are thicker than my arm. There is a tall columnar conifer, but it’s by the bird feeder and near where all the critters enter my yard. Busy area. I also have a garden trellis that is an obelisk shape. It’s only about 8 feet tall though. I could attach it to that and put that somewhere more quiet. Opinions? Thank you.
