Hi guys, I've been into AI marketing and automation, and recently, I've been doing extensive research on SMB websites that lack basic automations. I was wondering what the main roadblock is, and what you guys think about an AI chatbot that can be trained on your website and business insights to communicate with potential customers by answering queries related to your business and providing solutions you offer.

I've built a demo project for a plumbing business just to test whether it could help business owners generate more leads and improve the customer experience.
