The title says it all. I recently got a new MacBook Air M5, and I decided to insure it with AppleCare+ for the extra security. Since it provides free battery replacements when the battery is under 80% health, should I try to preserve battery life (optimized charging & 80% charge limit currently) or just do whatever with it (charge it to 100% and let it drain to 0%, for example)?
