Hi friends!
Here in TX and my PEBLO said my DBQ’s all got sent out Thursday and received Friday morning. I was randomly searching the VA.gov website and saw that my claim (I am assuming the DBQ packet and NARSUM) was received and it stated closed on the same day under BeL?

Can anyone shed some light on what that means?
