I have a movie that is in the same format as every other movie I have, but when I pause it, it won't resume. It'll play fine from start. It's playing Direct Play. If I change playback to transcode it, it resumes just fine. Server is on a Synology NAS with Intel processor.

Thanks /u/norri-matt, the issue ended up being a bad encode. After playing through the movie, it was only half done.

My Samsung S90C just updated last night to OneUI 9 and now all I get are black screens when trying to play anything on Plex. It's the Plex for Samsung app (I know, I should get a separate box). I've reset the TV, uninstalled and reinstalled the Plex app and same issue. This has happened before and those steps usually fixes it. Anyone have a solution besides getting a dedicated streaming box?
