Purchased an Xbox game which the seller offered free shipping. Seller sent via letter-mail without tracking. After a month, no arrival, (which is odd because it’s in a city 600km away).

Secure community mail boxes / someone is always home / address hasn’t failed before.

Anyway, today I got this message from the seller.

- NO - I’m not going to say I received it when I haven’t, but I’m curious, what is the RISK the seller is facing?

If they’re shipping untracked mail, that sounds like a ‘them’ problem; their poor decisions are not for my financial loss.
