I literally went through getting permission with the subreddit mods and then still delayed this by a few more days, but I just need to stop thinking "ohhh but what if everyone ignores this and nothing ever comes of this" and just ASK y'all in the community for some help / hype.
I have a cool idea for an asym called MEMORY NOT FOUND where it's a bunch of OCs and underused concepts, as well as scrapped folk getting a chance to be in an asym. Lore-wise, it was created by the Outcome King's garbage boy. It's going to have folks like Tangle, Knexous, Pace and Shadow, a take on Johnny Joymode... as well as a few representatives not from any Sonic-'verse at all...
I already have a full Wave One and Two as well as a mini update in between them planned out!
In addition to that, instead of long cooldowns on abilities, I plan to have short cooldowns with abilities costing ENERGY instead, with your max energy being equal to your current HP. You may double dip into more energy for some speed debuffs, and then have a final reserve for if you absolutely have to use an ability to get away or fight back.
There's also going to be a difference between damage and injury- that being that damage can be healed normally, and injury CANNOT. You'll only die if your HP bar is depleted fully by injury...
The main problem is I need a dev team of various skill sets. I have a few composers and a couple novice scripters, but that's not really enough to make an asym as I need:
- Scripters (I really need someone who knows how LUA works for asyms so that I can have them be the lead who can help more novice ones)
- Mappers (pretty important as there are going to be items that spawn in the map)
- Modelers, split into:
- ^(Sculptors (I'm not going to hold a super high standard to my models))
- ^(Texture Artists (but they do need to resemble the character decently))
- ^(Riggers (and I'd also like them to be easy to animate))
- ^(Animators (so with those combined it won't take too long to make them))
- Concept Artists (for the modelers and mappers to reference)
- UI Artists (because UI is cool and just as important as anything else)
- Composers (already have a few, but wouldn't mind some more!)
- SFX Designers (these I need)
- Voice Actors (y'all can audition for whom you want, but a couple characters I'm going to try to get the original voice actors for like Pace and such)
- Roblox Implementer (might get merged with scripters, but someoneses who know how to get things into Roblox without messing up the models or designs.)

The discord server in the dev team application and the one here are the same, as I'm using the same server for community stuff and dev stuff and just making the dev progress and stuff require roles that you'd get if you're on the dev team.
