I don't understand, two years ago I used to workout 6 times a week, twice a day doing MMA and weight lifting and I didn't get tired at all, hell I even enjoyed it because I didn't feel sore, but now I can barely train one MMA session and stay sore and totally burnt out for two weeks before I can train again, my friends told me its because of Uni getting serious now and the stress is getting to me, but two years ago I used to be ten times more stressed and lacked sleep, I really don't understand am I getting older? is it because I'm 21 now, or am I just depressed and apathetic? I'd really appreciate some insight on this guys
