This is my first mating season with an adult female and I'm wondering if she will have any similar behaviors like my male (circling cage, food resistance)?
She WILL NOT be mating! Just to be clear lol.
Anyway, what should I expect from her?
When I have my panic attacks I experience "air hunger" (the breathing through a straw feeling).
I spoke to someone briefly on here about beta blockers and I'm already on Lexapro for my panic attacks, but I was hoping there might be other combinations I could try if my psychiatrist doesn't prescribe the beta blockers in addition to my Lexapro.
I already do box breathing (4 counts) and distraction, but if anyone who experienced "air hunger" and started a regiment that stopped this symptom could give me some ideas to bring up to my therapist that would be welcome.
