2011 328I - 6 Speed 131K miles

My goal is to make it as mechanically sound as possible

- valve cover & gasket
- eccentric shaft actuator ( broke during valve cover change, replaced with new )
- Mickey Mouse coolant flange
- belt, idler pulley, tension pulley
- oil filter housing gasket
- spark plugs & ignition coils
- diff fluid changed
- brake fluid changed
- rear brakes and rotors

What would you recommend doing next?

Dealing with random creaks and noises here and there but chasing perfection

Help! Have this almost like rubbing or knocking sound that quiets down when shifter is moved or pressure put on it, any ideas??
