I recently cleared the interview rounds for an SWE III role and am currently waiting to hear back from HR for the salary discussion.
**My current comp:**
Base: ₹13 LPA
Bonus: ₹3 LPA
Total: ₹16 LPA
**Experience:** \~4 years (completing 4 years this week)
**Current company:** Reputed product-based company in Chennai (MTS role)
The team I’ve been selected for is **Sam’s Club**, and I wanted to get some clarity before going into negotiations.
Would really appreciate insights on:
Typical **salary range (base + bonus + RSU)** for SWE III
What **base** I should reasonably target
How much **joining bonus / sign-on** is usually offered
Typical **RSU grants**
Team culture and **work-life balance**, especially for Sam’s Club
