Enrolling in a PhD while completing an MS
Hi,
I will be completing my master's at the end of Fall 2027. However, I do not want to miss out on the PhD application period for Fall 2027.
Can I start a PhD at a different school for Fall 2027 while completing my master's thesis in the same Fall 2027?
