So I used to suffer seb derm. But it's almost gone into remission. When I was diagnosed I lived with the blind down and no sunlight in my room but ever since I opened my curtains and exposed myself to more natural sunlight through a window my seb derm has cleared. Now it's only been 2 weeks but I haven't used any products. What's the link with this? If anybody knows great. Many thanks
