Hi!

I have accumulated 400k Amex points on Business Platinum card. They’re still on my Amex account.

I also have a BA upgrade voucher (Barclays) and 75,000 Avios.

Plus I haven’t used my Amex Travel Credit yet, whatever that is this year.

The issue is that there are three of us, so I’m unsure on the best way to spend all of this. It seems a waste to pay with points for a child’s seat and I have no idea how Barclays upgrade would work in this case.

Realistically I’m looking at spending points on hotels rather than flights. Is this a good idea at the moment? Anything else you suggest I consider?

We hope to travel somewhere in a few weeks for a short beach break and/or in the summer too.
