How do yall fit SHARMS into your split?
I’m M20, college athlete 6’2 185. I’ve always gone with whatever my friend does at the gym and never had my own routine so one time he didn’t go I tried SHARMS and loved it. I find it awkward to fit into a split though. Best I’ve thought of was SHARMS, Legs, Pull, Push but even this feels awkward. I also need to find time for plyometrics. Thank you.
