Finally made a loaf that rose and looked and felt like bread instead of a wet sponge! Funny enough, it was an inclusion loaf.
100g 1:1:1 starter
340g water
500g bread flour
10g salt
2 sliced jalapeños
Half a block of shredded cheddar
Mixed dough, added jalapeños and cheese during second s&f.
