Concerned about nips (8 months post op)
Made a post here a while ago about my concerns as well. I feel like the healing is not where it “should” be at for 8 months post op. There discoloration (orange-ness), tiny bumps around the nipples, inconsistent shape, etc. My right nip even seems to have some tiny blackheads?? A while back I think I also had a pretty late term spitting suture. Is there something that I can do at this point to make them look any better? I tried to follow care instructions as closely as possible but I know I definitely made mistakes with sleeping on my stomach since I was so uncomfortable and unable to fall asleep on my back or side. How they end up looking in the end doesn’t really matter to me if I can’t do anything about it, but if there is something I can or should be doing at this point I’d really like to know
