Its been 2 years since I’ve taken care health insurance via policybazaar for my parents and have never used it till date. However, I’ve heard some bad reviews about it and I’m really concerned if it is the right choice. Can someone please give review on your experience with it?

Also, what health insurance do you suggest for parents? And is it possible to port from one insurance to another in policybazaar?
