Hey guys,
Why isn't flow using my model that I put as an image in ingrediant for the videos I want to generate? It gives me a completely different face. Asian, Indian, Black etc etc.

The same prompt works in gemini but I can't make more than 4-5 videos there and flow is really acting up. Anyone else facing the same issue?

I honestly didn’t expect to feel this shocked—borderline disgusted—but here we are.

I’ve been researching facial rejuvation in Korea pretty seriously, and the way foreigners are being quoted vs. what’s actually listed publicly is… wild.

For context:

  • On UNNI, I found V-line contouring listed at under $2,500 USD for VG PS.
  • Then I go through Bookimed and suddenly I’m being quoted $18k, “discounted” to $12k for what sounds like the same category of surgery.

That’s not a markup—that’s a completely different universe.

It gets worse.

I reached out through Freqt, and they came back with quotes ranging from $20k to $45k from clinics like:

  • 345 Plastic Surgery Clinic
  • Braun Plastic Surgery
  • Shinsang Plastic Surgery

Here’s the part that really doesn’t sit right with me:

I had a mini lift and under-eye fat grafting last year. Multiple clinics (including Korean ones) have already told me I do NOT need any lifting right now.

Yet suddenly, through these concierge channels, I’m being recommended REVISION FACELIFTS—something I never asked for.

At that point it stops feeling like medical advice and starts feeling like upselling at best… or something worse.

I get that:

  • There are differences in surgeon skill, clinic prestige, and techniques
  • Foreigner pricing exists everywhere to some degree

But this level of discrepancy + pushing unnecessary procedures feels seriously unethical.

Has anyone else experienced this?

  • Are concierge services inflating prices this aggressively?
  • Are these quotes even remotely realistic, or just “foreigner packages”?
  • And how do you actually get honest pricing without being funneled into unnecessary surgeries?

Would really appreciate hearing from people who’ve navigated this properly, because right now the whole system feels incredibly off.
