
Broken regional pricing/Currency Mismatch (Ukraine)
Hello FACEIT team,
I'm writing here because my ticket #13267029 was closed with a generic copy-paste answer that didn't solve my technical issue.
The Problem: I live in Dnipro, Ukraine. A week ago, I saw prices in UAH. However, as soon as I decided to actually buy a subscription, the currency switched to EUR. My friends in the same city still have UAH pricing, but I am being forced to pay in EUR.
Technical Bug: When I try to pay, I get a "Currency mismatch" error claiming I previously paid in USD.
- I have NEVER bought anything on FACEIT before. This is a system bug.
- The error ID is: 8af416f1-77fe-43dd-a1a7-bb89aab54ab2.
Support agent Uldyssian told me "we cannot update this," which is a terrible answer for a clear database error that prevents a customer from paying.
Could someone please escalate this to a specialist who can reset my payment profile to my actual region (Ukraine/UAH)?
