Hi! My husband and dog are flying with American Airlines out of LAX in a few days. AA gave us a location to drop off PPS (dog does not qualify as a cargo) but when looking at the map/directions it feels very unclear where to go? AA gave us “at terminal 4 next to baggage claim 3”. Has anyone utilized this service before and can maybe give us some clearer directions? Appreciate any advice! Thank you
