I recently order a battery powered fan, and the seller deliver a non-battery powered fan( I suspect the seller change the box to cheat buyer). The shop was missing in action when you made enquiries. I make a request to return and refund based on 2 things. First it was a wrong item delivered. Second I raised the issue during 'return&refund policy'. But AliExpress reject it due to insufficient document(without elaborate further of what it looks for specifically), although I have wasted my times to give them video and picture. I feel frustrated and cheated by this AliExpress. I feel scammed by AliExpress and totally regret of having purchase with the platform.

Note: The item has different specification from the box. I suspect the seller switch the item intentionally. It seems AliExpress system may support bad sellers.

My appeal was also rejected. So I feel that whatever you want to say, they will simply rejected it. I feel frustrated when a platform is protecting bad sellers. I felt cheated and scammed by AliExpress. Now, I totally regret of having purchase with the platform.
