Currently going through the process of salary review. Wondered if any has gone through this and why it will be taking so long until September (Jun to Aug?) when the merit increase (if any) is to take effect?

From the surge in stock price today, it looks like the investigation results are already released?

If so, they seem to be not as bad as previously expected. Is it possible to say so?
