Social content for fun/young entrepreneurs

I am a Realtor in my early 20s out here in the desert and I’ve been wanting to connect with more like-minded people local to me! I’m exploring the idea of doing some fun local/business/social content and thought it’d be cool to find other young entrepreneurs, creatives, or agents who’d be into collaborating part-time.
Content creation can honestly be hard to do alone sometimes, so it’d be nice to have people to bounce ideas off of, motivate each other, and create with in a fun, easy-going way.
Things like:
• coffee + brainstorming ☕️
• checking out new local spots/businesses
• content creation/social media
• talking goals, business, growth, ideas, real estate, etc.
Nothing super serious or formal, just seeing if there are other people around my age locally who’d enjoy doing something like this and building connections with other motivated people.
