I’m lowkey worried I will never pass as a man when I go topless. My nipples are also rather flat and lack sensation so they don’t look like normal nipples. My left side scar is raised and widened a lot. My right is flattened but wide. I have used silicone scar tape and 2x Kenalog injections. Would nipple piercings help? And what kind of laser treatments should I get for my scars? Or are tattoos the only option?
