I am a combat athlete and would like to start doing more training outside of my kickboxing training. I also work full time so I only have about 2 days a week (Monday and Wednesday) to do this stuff. I plan on doing max effort strength work, dynamic power/explosive, plyo stuff, speed training, mobility work and alactic and lactic sprints on the airbike. (I also do stretches and isometrics at home on my own time). Should I be doing separating my focus by each month, week or not at all? Like should one month be max strength focused cycling each month, or weekly, or not at all and just doing everything each session? If it were to be everything each session how would I structure that? Like what to start with and what to end with?
