I have just recently got out of an unpaid internship from this same company and was offered a position to stay there. The position is that of a project coordinator/ project manager, and it is completely remote work, but when they extended the offer to me I was emailed a W-9 form instead of a W-4. I do get a lot of freedom with this being completely remote work, but I am not sure I fall under being a freelancer. I am a single person completing work for another company, I log the work that I do, and get paid hourly for it, if anyone could help me out that'd be great, thank you. Also, I am still young and the job market sucksss so I really just want a job.
