Had this truck in here at work and loved the way these lights looked. I assumed they are probably as expensive as they look. Any help appreciated!

It's been doing this for a few months now, I replaced the fuse for the fuel pump and it sounded find when remote started but now its back to this. The same goes for when regularly starting, I know it's 13 years old and had 190k on the dash but I own a 99' mustang and it starts better than this. Any help really appreciated, please and thank you!
