I have started to notice excess water in the inside of the door weatherstrip and bottom of the door panel when it rains. I disassembled the whole door and didn’t notice any obvious culprits. The door drain holes are completely clear

So I got an carbon fiber trunk for my car 2 years ago. It came with that generic epoxy/resin/gloss finish like most CF panels from china. I had a local shop paint match just the topside to leave the CF exposed in the rear. the paint match is damn near perfect. But now I have started to notice the clearcoat along the edge where the paint meets the CF is starting to flake away. the car lives outside so I know that comes with its issues and I have moved across country since so I can't take it to the same shop to get it remedied. What would be the most likely best course action? In my mind I figured i could scuff the whole panel and apply 2k clear or something. Am i oversimplifying it?
It’s my year round daily so everything has to done with practicality as a consideration and I can honestly say aside purely cosmetic things, all my mods/changes have substantially improved my livability with the car every day
