Husband lent neighbor our dirt compactor 5 months ago, He still hasn't given it back.

Edit** I went and asked for it back, it acted surprised. 😄

I honestly don't like our neighbor, When we moved into this neighborhood he would bicker and complain about everything our kids did and he has a rotten kid himself.

He now respects us because I got real serious with him so he only talks to my husband.

This past December he asked my husband to borrow our motorized dirt compactor to help finish his landscaping project in his back yard.

Well he used it that day, the next I heard nothing and a month went by, he told my husband that he was waiting on some pavers and that he was storing our compactor in his garage.

I told my husband we are just next door why didn't he bring it back to us during the time he is waiting on pavers? But my husband was timid to tell him.

Well here it is 5 months later and he never received the pavers, and he still has our compactor stored in his garage, during these past months my husband needed it for a job.

And I'm so about ready to go ask for it back before he keeps it for sure.

What would you do in my case?

City of tucson water and sewer bill. How much did they raise it?

My sewer bill is usually $74.00..This month it came in at $102.00!

Did they actually raise the sewer close to $30 more? Seems like a really big jump to me. 😔

Hey there, I've been on a calorie defecit lifestyle change since March of 2025.

Im a 5ft6, 35 yr old Female

My starting weight was 350Ibs, I'm now at 288-290Ibs.

The first 6 months every thing was fine, I started my defecit at around 1,900 calories and was losing the weight like no other.

When I hit November I went into my first platue for 2 months, I was hovering at around 298Ibs until something shifted in January that took me to where I am now 288 to 290Ibs and that's where I've been since then which is about 3 months almost going on 4 now.

I did recalculate my calories down to 1,700 but now I've been wondering if they might be too low.

I do some light exercises at home but also do food deliveries, constantly moving and climbing.

But nothing I mean nothing is breaking this platue.

It's really disheartening, but I've gotten so far and this lifestyle change was for my health.
