cant decide on college

Incoming college student deciding between DLSU CS (planning Intelligent Systems for data science/AI) and UPLB ChemEng (interested in renewable energy, since pay maybe lucrative in the future).

Goal is high income. Also waiting on st. la salle scholarship and a bit worried about tuition.

Background: brother works in CS (RPA), dad is a web dev, and I, myself, have decent credentials in terms of robotics and chemistry, i also have a house near los banos so commute is not an issue if i do end up picking UPLB

Currently learning Python + data analysis, not sure if I should focus on stats or calculus first.

Which path is better financially and what should I prioritize?
